Common Questions
When will my hits ship?
We know you’re excited to get your cards! We typically process and ship all break hits within 1-3 business days after the break is completed. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
How often do you go live?
We love the live-action! You can find us breaking 3-4 nights a week. We typically go live starting at 6:00 PM EST. The best way to stay updated is to bookmark our shows on WhatNot and Fanatics Live or follow us on Instagram for announcements of upcoming shows.
Where can I watch the live breaks?

How do I join a break?
It’s easy! Browse our “Live Breaks” section, choose the sport or category (like WWE, Star Wars or UFC) you’re interested in, and purchase a spot or bid on auction spots. Once the break is sold out, we go live, open the boxes on camera, and any cards belonging to your assigned spot/team are yours!
